All of these classes are intended for ladies who want to ‘get fit’ and ‘keep fit’ but who are not looking for a full-on aerobic workout. Paris has designed and developed her own syllabi for all her Ladies Dance & Exercise Classes and she has been teaching them in Shaftesbury since 1993.
Age is not an issue
Paris has several students who are in their 70’s, 80’s, and even a couple in their 90’s. Students’ levels of ability or fitness does not count against them either as she has designed these classes specifically for women’s health and wellbeing; stretching, toning and concentrating on posture, balance and core control. She also has particular experience of using dance related exercises in relation to various students’ remedial requirements; and she tailors each class to the ability levels of the students who are present.
