Paris created this syllabus from her own experience of the best remedial exercises used by professional dancers. It is based on the traditional Classical Ballet class but incorporates Paris’ own exercises and others that are similar to Pilates and Alexander Technique. Each class starts at ‘the Barre’ for stretching and toning, and then moves on through Floor Barre and Centre Practice concentrating on fluidity of movement – and fun.

I do appreciate the exercising, but I really come just to dance to the variety of music. Paris has it all.
S.JI took up Paris’ Classical Ballet Workout class when aged 59 and having never done Ballet before. I find the classes challenging but also friendly and fun. Paris is inspiring, encouraging, understanding and helpful; and I have toned my muscles and even strengthened my arthritic knees!
